Consultation. After we have reviewed your project details, we will schedule the phone consultation. In this phone meeting we will discuss ideas, concerns, then we will schedule an in-person meeting to begin your custom landscaping design while reviewing and measuring existing landscape.
Note: Landscape design work will start at $125/hr with a minimum of $250 for a design with one change allowed. If more changes are needed, then extra fees will be discussed. Not all projects need or require a design, that will be determined by the company. A consultation fee will be assessed if meeting is for informational gathering purposes only.
Design Review Meeting. This next meeting includes an educational consult with a preliminary design where we further define design concepts and discuss materials so we can finalize the plan and job estimate. For larger landscape installation projects, we invite customers to a walkthrough of our nursery you can see exactly what plants fit with the new landscape design we are preparing.
Job Scheduling. We will schedule the job and collect your 50% down payment. HFS Financing is available to give you options to get your project done.
Job Start. Within a week of the start date, we will give you the work date and engage in continued consultation with the Construction Manager. The crew will arrive on site on the scheduled day to complete the work.
Job Completion. Once the job is completed, we will collect payment. We accept check and major credit cards.
Follow-Up Visit. We want to make sure you are 100% confident and that all of your needs have been addressed even when the job has been completed which is why we conduct a follow up appointment to address any lingering concerns.
